Cleanlink — online URL cleanup and deduplication
Cleanlink turns a messy list of links into canonical URLs: trim junk around links, strip tracking params, normalize domains, and collapse duplicates. Processing stays in your browser.
What Cleanlink does
Link cleanup
Multiline and markdown list paste, fix broken schemes, strip UTM/gclid/fbclid and session params, drop #hash, decodeURI, canonicalize www/mobile, YouTube, X, Reddit, Habr, Google, and unwrap AMP CDN.
URL deduplication
Compare by canonical key without scheme or www: one resource under different wrappers becomes one URL. The first occurrence is kept; repeats are listed separately.
Privacy
Your links are not uploaded to Cleanlink’s servers — normalization runs locally in the browser.
How to use
- Paste a multiline list of links into the Input tab.
- Open Result for the cleaned unique URL list.
- Check Dupes if you want to see what collapsed, then copy or download the list.
FAQ
Does Cleanlink send my links to a server?
No. Cleanup and deduplication run locally in your browser; the URL list is not uploaded to the app server.
Can I remove UTM and other tracking parameters?
Yes. Cleanlink strips common tracking and session parameters (including utm_*, gclid, fbclid) and sorts the remaining query.
How does deduplication work?
Links are compared by canonical form without scheme or www. The same resource with different tracking or wrappers counts as one URL.
